B3 STAKING SWEEPSTAKES

The B3 Staking Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") begins on 6/2/2025 at 9:00AM ET and ends on 6/6/2025 at 9:00 AM ET (the "Entry Period"). Sponsor's computer is the official clock for all matters related to this Sweepstakes.

1. Agreement to Official Rules

By entering or participating in the Sweepstakes, you accept and agree to be bound by these "Official Rules", the Player1 Foundation Terms of Service available at https://www.b3.fun/terms-of-service, and the Player1 Privacy Notice available at https://www.b3.fun/privacy-notice.

2. Eligibility

The Sweepstakes is open to individuals who have staked between:

• 1000 of $B3 and 2999 $B3 (Rookie Tier)
• 3000 and 99999 $B3 (Grinder Tier)
• 100000 $B3 or more (Whale Tier)

who are eighteen (18) or older at the time of entry (or age of majority in their jurisdiction of residence, whichever is older). Any individuals (including but not limited to employees, consultants, independent contractors and interns) who have, within the past six (6) months, performed services for Sponsor, any organizations responsible for sponsoring, fulfilling, administering, advertising or promoting the Sweepstakes and/or their respective parent, subsidiary, affiliated and successor companies (collectively, the "Sweepstakes Entities"), and immediate family and household members of such individuals, are not eligible to enter the Sweepstakes. For the purposes of these Official Rules, "Immediate family members" mean parents, step-parents, children, step-children, siblings, step-siblings or spouses, regardless of where they live; and "Household members" mean people who share the same residence at least three (3) months a year, whether related or not.

3. How to Enter

You may enter the Sweepstakes during the Entry Period by visiting the Sweepstakes website at stake.b3.fun, viewing the available entries from a smart contract, and sending a transaction to the designated smart contract.

Subsequent attempts made by the same individual to submit entries in excess of the above-stated limit by using multiple email addresses or similar means are void. Entries that are fraudulent, forged, altered, incomplete, lost, late, misdirected, mutilated, illegitimate, incomprehensible, garbled or generated by a macro, bot, script or other automated means will not be accepted and will also be void. Entrants violating any of these Official Rules may be disqualified. Proof of submission of entry does not constitute proof of receipt of same. By entering this Sweepstakes, entrants agree the decisions of the Sponsor are binding and final in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

4. Prize Drawing/Selection of Winner/Odds

The potential winners ("Winners") will be selected from all eligible entries received meeting the requirements of these Official Rules in a random drawing to be held on or around the end of the Entry Period. The drawing will be conducted by a computer program that randomly chooses the Winners, from all eligible entries received and the random selection is binding and final. The odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Entry Period.

5. Prizes

The prizes to be awarded from the Sweepstakes are as follows:

The ARV for each of the prizes are estimates made before the Sweepstakes begins. Any difference between an ARV and the actual cost of a prize will not be awarded.

The prizes are not redeemable for cash or transferable by Sponsor on behalf of Winner; however, Winner may choose to transfer or covert the prize once a Winner has received the prize. Except as set forth in these Official Rules and at Sponsor's sole discretion, a prize of comparable or equal value may be provided. No further substitutions will be allowed. Winners are solely responsible for any and all federal, state, provincial and local taxes, if any, that apply to prizes. You agree to provide Sponsor with any additional information and complete any required tax or other forms relating to your receipt of a prize. Allow 3 days for the delivery of prizes. Without limiting any other terms of these Official Rules, the prizes are provided as-is, without any warranty, representation or guarantee (express or implied, in fact or in law, whether now known or hereinafter enacted) relative to the use or enjoyment of the prizes, including, without limitation, their quality, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. In the event there is a discrepancy or inconsistency between disclosures or other statements contained in any Sweepstakes promotional materials and the terms and conditions of these Official Rules, these Official Rules will prevail and govern.

6. Limitation of Liability

(a) BY ENTERING THE SWEEPSTAKES, ENTRANT AGREES THAT, TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW: (I) ANY AND ALL CLAIMS, JUDGMENTS AND AWARDS WILL BE LIMITED TO ACTUAL THIRD-PARTY, OUT-OF-POCKET COSTS INCURRED IN PARTICIPATING IN THE SWEEPSTAKES (IF ANY) NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), BUT IN NO EVENT WILL ATTORNEYS' FEES BE AWARDED OR RECOVERABLE; (II) UNDER NO CIRCUMSTANCES WILL ANY ENTRANT BE PERMITTED TO OBTAIN ANY AWARD FOR, AND ENTRANT HEREBY KNOWINGLY AND EXPRESSLY WAIVES ALL RIGHTS TO SEEK, PUNITIVE, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR SPECIAL DAMAGES, LOST PROFITS AND/OR ANY OTHER DAMAGES, OTHER THAN ACTUAL OUT-OF-POCKET EXPENSES NOT TO EXCEED TEN DOLLARS ($10.00), AND/OR ANY RIGHTS TO HAVE DAMAGES MULTIPLIED OR OTHERWISE INCREASED; AND (III) ENTRANT'S REMEDIES ARE LIMITED TO A CLAIM FOR MONEY DAMAGES (IF ANY) AND ENTRANT IRREVOCABLY WAIVES ANY RIGHT TO SEEK INJUNCTIVE OR EQUITABLE RELIEF. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW THE LIMITATIONS OR EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY, SO THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

(b) The Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible and/or liable for any of the following, whether caused by a Sweepstakes Entity, the entrant, or by human error: entries that are submitted by illegitimate means (such as, without limitation, by an automated computer program) or entries in excess of any stated limit; any lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, garbled, mutilated or misdirected entry, email, mail or Sweepstakes-related correspondence or materials or postage-due mail; any error, omission, interruption, defect or delay in transmission or communication; viruses or technical or mechanical malfunctions; interrupted or unavailable cable or satellite systems; errors, typos or misprints in these Official Rules, any Sweepstakes-related advertisements or other materials; failures of electronic equipment, computer hardware or software; lost or unavailable network connections or failed, incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications or entry information; or any human or mechanical interference in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of entries. The Sweepstakes Entities are also not responsible for electronic communications that are undeliverable or do not reach entrant as a result of any form of active or passive filtering of any kind or insufficient space in a potential Winner's email or voicemail inbox, or if entrant's email address or other contact information does not work or is changed without prior written notice to Sponsor that is acknowledged by Sponsor in writing.

7. Release and Indemnity

By entering the Sweepstakes, each entrant agrees to release, indemnify and hold each of the Sweepstakes Entities, as well as each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives and each of their respective successors, representatives and assigns harmless from any and all actions, claims, injury, loss or damage arising in any manner, directly or indirectly, from participation in this Sweepstakes or any Sweepstakes-related activity or travel, and/or acceptance, receipt, possession or use/misuse of a prize, including without limitation, any injury, damage, death, illness, loss or accident to/of persons or property.

8. Additional Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, modify or suspend the Sweepstakes in whole or in part, if in Sponsor's opinion: (i) the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned by reason of the occurrence of any event beyond its control including, but not limited to, fire, flood, epidemic, pandemic, earthquake, explosion, labor dispute or strike, act of God or public enemy, communications, equipment failure, utility or service interruptions, riot or civil disturbance, terrorist threat or activity, war (declared or undeclared), interference with the Sweepstakes by any party, or any federal, state, local or provincial government law, order, or regulation, order of any court or jurisdiction, or other cause not reasonably within Sponsor's control; or (ii) any other factors beyond Sponsor's reasonable control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, in all instances without liability to the entrants. Sponsor also reserves the right to disqualify any entrant or Winner, as determined by Sponsor, in its sole discretion.

9. Winner List

The public wallet addresses of the prize Winners will be publicly posted within ten (10) days following the end of the Entry Period.
